I have also been out and about around suffolk taking photos of the local area, whilst it was sunny and I had the time I thought why not!!

Also last saturday i did a photoshot for Art on the Prom with my friends Rebecca and Richard ( ), with Richards Lights....had loads of fun and got to pratice my studio still life skills again...and also eat a lot of cake and strawberries! Some more of the images are on my flickr...

Other exciting news next monday I start a 8 week work placement at TAG ( ), I can not wait! Looking forward to learning more into what I want to do and doing something new!

Thanks for reading and I hope you liked the photographs!

So yes I have finally finished my degree.
The final piece is up ready for the degree show (evan though there has been a slight set back and it did fall off the wall but will be fixed very soon!!) and its all been marked.

Here is the final piece, the project is titled 'Pillars of Society'.

The rest of the photos can be seen on my Flickr account here:
Also there are some images of it in the gallery space!

I am just glad it is all done with now and I can think of the future and all the other things I want to do away from being at uni.

I have also been updating my main website, thought it needed a few new photographs and change around, that can be seen here!
I'm not totally happy with the image on the front page but i will give it more thought and may change it.

enjoy x

I did hope to show you some of the photographs I took today in london for my project but from not totally understanding the camera I messed it all up and lost both films....but from sitting on a train for two hours I rediscovered a song a downloaded a while back...with everyone being on a bit of a Alice in Wonderland high at the moment I thought it seemed was very fitting for here is the video with you all!

you can download the song from his page here:

and see other song and videos from

do listen and watch everything he has...for some odd reason I love it!

I thought I would do a little post to promote my friend Mark's work.
He has recently launched his website and I think it looks very well done and shows his talent very clearly.

So please have a quick look.

Thank you!

These four paintings are of, The Boulevard Mountmartre at night by Camille Pissarro, The Fighting Temeraire by Joseph Mallord William Turner, A Wheatfielf with Cypresses by Vincent van Gogh and The Thames below Westminster by Claude-Oscar Monet. All of which are four of the many postcards I have on my wall.

Yesterday I went to the National Gallery as I had not been there in ages and just looked at the collection, I had been there for exhibtion but not just to look at what is always on show. Seeing these images in real life compared to postcards that I see everyday shows to me how amazing they are, how bright they are and how they have been painted. I forgot really they were paintings I guess, when I see them so oftern as postcards on my wall and seeing them again for real made me say 'wow' at them again and see the quality and remember why I love them.

Evan though I love photography I will always love painting too and will be getting back into it when I have some spare time, and seeing these and knowing how old they are I am almost overpowered by them.
